Memory Slate Heart

It is the most difficult time when you loose a baby at birth, all that you have are the memories that you can organise in the precious little time that you have. Having experienced this ourselves firsthand and being overcome with the oppotunities that we hade to make sure we recorded the memories that we wanted with out little daughter, we wanted to add something to the possible options, We will provide at no charge this slate heart so that you can have a lasting memory of your precious baby. 

The slate heart comes with three butterflies, your babies name and date of birth. A special message of "forever asleep" is also engraved on the heart. The only information that we need is your babies name and date of birth, we will deliver the heart back to the hospital so that they can contact you to collect this memory.
